i sorta agree with vicki L on the customer service. i've never had a problem, but i do get the vibe that they don't really care. truthfully i have only started going here because the boba place, bee bee cafe, down the street closed.

About Me:
Volcano Tea House is the authorized product representative of Easy Ways from Taiwan, the world largest Tapioca (BoBa) Milk Tea franchise which was established in 1992. Now has over 1,000 stores world wide in 12 counties.
My Website:

Why I Like Sawtelle:
Although I own this business for only about 2 years but I am a long time West Side resident for over 30 years and also worked for the company located in the twin tower (next block) on Olympic Blvd. for over 12 years. Consider this area is my second home town other than my birth place in Taiwan.

Our website is currently in progress and is developed by Blendspot.

volcano teahouse is the best!!!!!!

The owner is really nice and always contributes what he can to local nonprofit organizations...volcano also has the best boba milk tea ever! This place is a must when visiting sawtelle and it is really close to UCLA!

I agree that the owner is really nice and contributes a lot to the local nonprofit organizations, especially the student organizations at UCLA.

But i must comment that his employee provides the worst customer service. A majority of the female employees are rude in serving their customers. If you just disagree with them on a small thing, they would start talking about you and even cuss at you as you leave the cafe. The customer service of these employees are the main reason I have stopped coming here.
